Terms, Allergens & Order Information

 

  1. All of our desserts are made without alcohol, alcohol-based essences, or pork-derived gelatin.

    The only exceptions are desserts containing marshmallows. For these, halal options are available:
    • Dubai Chewy Cookies: select the Halal option when ordering
    • S’mores Scoopable Cookies: select the Halal S’mores option

    All other desserts are made using halal-friendly ingredients.

    Please note that CRAYV LAB is not a halal-certified kitchen, so we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. If you have any halal, dietary, or ingredient-related questions, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to confirm the ingredients for you.

  2. Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and others.

  3. Due to the nature of our desserts being freshly prepared and made to order, cancellations and refunds are only accepted up until Wednesday of each week for that same weekend’s orders. Once production and ingredient preparation begin, refunds or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  4. If you need to modify, cancel, or discuss your order, please contact us before the weekly order closing deadline wherever possible and we will do our best to help. 

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been collected or delivered. Certain consumer withdrawal rights may not apply to perishable food products prepared specifically for the customer.

  5. All desserts should be kept refrigerated if not consumed in 24 hours and are best consumed within 24–48 hours of receiving the order for the best quality, texture, and freshness.

  6. Product appearance, toppings, decoration, and colours may vary slightly from photos due to handmade preparation and ingredient availability.
